Meeting with the Türk Tarih Kurumu (Turkish Historical Society)
Back to newsProfessor Klaus Herbers, President of the UAI, welcomed a delegation from the Türk Tarih Kurumu (TTK), the Turkish historical society, to the UAI headquarters in Brussels on 20 November 2024.
The TTK delegation was led by Prof. Dr. Yüksel Özgen, President of the TTk, Prof. Dr. Yunus Koç (Hacettepe University and delegate to the UAI) and Prof. Dr. Mustafa Hamdi Sayar (Istanbul University and member of the TTK Scientific Council).
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the activities and projects supported by the TTK, and to explore potential areas of collaboration with the UAI over the coming years.
